Adults (18+) who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer, at any point in their diagnosis, including through survivorship or metastasis are eligible to become a Renacer Warrior. If you would like to participate in our free programs and you meet these eligibility requirements, please register below. All of our programs and services are free for Renacer Warriors.
